Andrew’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, estate planning and administration, and residential real estate.
Andrew holds dual JD–MBA degrees from the University of Ottawa and the Telfer School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University. With formal training in both law and business, Andrew brings a practical, business-centric perspective to every matter he handles.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced for several years in Toronto at a national full-service law firm in their emerging and high-growth companies practice group. His corporate experience includes advising private companies of all sizes on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and general commercial matters across all stages of the business lifecycle.
At Skeggs Paciocco, Andrew has broadened his practice to reflect the needs of individuals, families, and business owners in Northern Ontario. In addition to corporate and commercial work, he regularly advises clients on estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust formation, as well as estate administration and residential real estate transactions.
Andrew is known for taking a hands-on, client-focused approach to each file. He believes legal advice should be clear, practical, and aligned with real-world objectives. He enjoys tackling complex issues and finding creative, thoughtful solutions tailored to achieving his clients’ goals.
